We invite you to become a new member and be a part of the change in 2019. Being a member gives you a more direct involvement with our organisation and shows your continued support of FAE’s work, changing the lives of children with disabilities in Tanzania.
There are three easy ways you can support FAE as a member today:
- Make a donation of US$ 240 or more for ordinary annual membership
- Make a donation of US$ 500 or more for associate/institutional annual membership
- Donate a monthly donation of US$ 1000 or more for lifetime membership.
Benefits Exclusive Only for Ordinary Members:
- Join one of our projects as a volunteer – in country or in our Arusha office, or fundraise anywhere in the world.
- Your name on the Members Wall on FAE’s website (optional).
- Receive news on events, updates, jobs and volunteer opportunities,
and current projects. - Change children with disabilities’ lives. Your membership contribution goes a long way to supporting access to education for children with disabilities in Tanzania.
Benefits Exclusive Only for Lifetime Members
In addition to the benefits of Ordinary Members, Lifetime Members will be entitled to the following benefits:-
- To attend all eligible meetings and take part on decisions regarding the strate
gic orientation of FAE and major organizational matters. This includes invitation to attend our Annual General Meeting held in Arusha, Tanzania. - To be elected or appointed to hold different leadership positions within FAE.
- To assist in any way possible the management team in the formulation of policy, planning and coordination in the implementation of the activities.
- To be informed of all major matters regarding FAE.
- To enjoy networking opportunities with other members.

Our new ‘ongoing membership’ ensures regular giving and means your membership will never expire, with no need to renew annually! Pledge a monthly donation of US$ 20 or more for ongoing membership.
Your FAE membership donation is more powerful than ever
Membership donations made by United States residents are also tax deductable and receive receipts. The regular financial contribution from our membership assists the Foundation for African Empowerment tremendously, providing a degree of certainty which helps us to better plan our development projects and make longer term commitments to our project partners.
