Organize Fundraising Event

As a nonprofit, FAE’s main source of funding come from donations. You can help FAE to reach more children by sponsoring or organizing a fundraising event on its behalf. Possible events are limitless as it all depends on your creativity. For example, you could hold events like a friend’s dinner, a sport event, adventure event gala dinner etc.  Some have chosen to host breakfasts, lunches, birthday parties, anniversaries  and dinners to raise much needed funds for the FAE‘s work in the Tanzania.

For example, this is how you can hold dinner for children with disabilities

Every year, hosts  in Tanzania and beyond host breakfasts, lunches and dinners to raise much needed funds for the FAE’s work in Tanzania. Pick a date of your choice to host a dinner wherever you are.

What is #Dinner4ChildrenWithDisabilitiesTz?

Step up to the plate for FAE and host a dinner (lunch or even breakfast) party with a purpose! Bring your family, neighbors, fellow students, coworkers and friends together to share a meal and ask them to donate to the FAE’s projects in Tanzania. Rather than bringing something to share, or going out for a meal, ask your friends to donate to a good cause, over good food.

Does it have to be fancy?

Only if you want it to be! Your Home, Your Rules! Big or small, pizza, drinks, coffee, hot dogs, mishkaki or a feast-it all makes a BIG DIFFERENCE for the FAE projects all over Tanzania. You can cook a feast or get takeaway, #Dinner4ChildrenWithDisabilitiesTz is supposed to be fun and as easy as you want it to be. You can dedicate your birthday, wedding, anniversary, holiday, graduation or other important life event while making a difference to the lives of children with disabilities by asking your friends, relatives and coworkers to donate.

Who can host it?

This can be hosted by any person around the world including by Tanzanians provided there is a desire to help children with disabilities access education.

Where can it be held?

This is entirely upon the host! #Dinner4ChildrenWithDisabilitiesTz can be hosted anywhere including at home, restaurant, cafe, picnic sites, hotel etc.
